We can give you a free voucher for the Hotel Hoppa Bus service which will get you to Terminals 2, 3 and 5 within just a few minutes. The nearest bus goes from the Renaissance Hotel which is just a couple of hundred yards from us! For Terminal 4 you can use the T2 transfer and hop on a speedy train across to T4.

We would recommend getting to us at least 4 hours before your flight. This may seem like a long time but it allows for any unforseen issues to be solved and keeps everything nice and calm! 

You could of course cycle! If however you need to use alternate transport Hayes and Harlington Train Station is less than 3 miles North of us. From there, the Elizabeth Line connects Heathrow to London and Reading.

The boxes we use are 150cm x 25cm x 80cm. These measurements are accepted by most airlines but we would definitely recommend checking with your airline. If you need a box that fits different dimensions please don't hesitate to let us know so we can get it sorted for you.

Every one of our rental bikes comes with lights, a D-lock, puncture kit and helmet as standard. The Hybrids and Electric bikes also come with mudguards.

We appreciate sometimes things change quickly and you may not be able to get the bike back to us during our opening hours. Although we would of course prefer it if you did bring it back to us, in special circumstances you may be able to leave it at your hotel for us to collect later. Firstly, this is very much dependent on the hotel you're staying in, you will have to confirm with them. Secondly, if you have confirmed with your hotel it's ok to do so then please let us know!

We charge per item, so if you wanted to store lots of smaller things inside one large box/bag then you would be charged for just the one item! We have plenty of storage space so happy to store whatever you need. Maybe leave the kitchen sink at home though....
